This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Sales at Walls and Gates Creative Agency, located in Lagos. The role offers some work from home flexibility. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading sales teams, managing accounts, optimizing sales operations, driving sales strategies, and developing new business opportunities.

• Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development skills
• Account Management and Sales Operations experience
• Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
