Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Affairs Officer at Haqqman in Dawaki, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- BSc. or HND in related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Salary & Compensation
Between ₦85,000 to ₦100,000 with a 6-month probation period.
