- What data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python) do you have hands-on experience with?
- Have you previously supported commercial or operational decision-making with your analysis?
- Can you provide an example of how your insights helped improve a business process or outcome?
- Are you available to work from the clients Lagos office full-time?
- What is your salary expectation and notice period?
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from internal and external sources.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track key metrics and KPIs.
- Support business units (sales, operations, finance, etc.) with real-time data insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and build scalable solutions.
- Assist in automating recurring reports and building self-serve data tools.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, recommending process improvements where necessary.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and one or more of the following: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate data into clear business insights.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of data accuracy.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, or commercial environment is an added advantage.
