About the Role:

Are you a seasoned dealmaker with a proven track record in construction or MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire) engineering projects?
Do you have strong industry contacts and the ability to turn leads into contracts?

Antadaz Nigeria Limited is expanding its national network of competent engineers, and we’re hiring top-performing Business Development Executives to generate and close real projects across Nigeria.

We’re not looking for talkers. We’re hiring closers — professionals who can connect us to active projects and key decision-makers in real estate, infrastructure, and industrial construction.

What You’ll Do:

Scout and engage new project opportunities across your region

Introduce Antadaz engineers to decision-makers (developers, architects, PMs, etc)

Submit verified leads using our internal pipeline system

Earn industry-competitive commissions for every closed deal

Who We Want:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or project sales (engineering or construction)

Solid understanding of MEPF systems and project life cycles

Strong B2B networking skills and ability to work independently

A personal contact book is an added advantage
