About the Role:


HR and Payroll Assistant 


Creed Medical is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Assistant to help us support our team and maintain smooth, accurate operations across human resources and payroll functions.


This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.


 Key Responsibilities:


Assist in processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.


Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.


Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration.


Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.


Prepare monthly reports related to HR and payroll activities.


Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll execution.


Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll information at all times.


 Requirements:


3-5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support.


Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.


Experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, ADP) is a plus.


Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage (but not mandatory).
