As a retail-integrated sleep therapist, you’ll bridge clinical expertise with product solutions. You’ll conduct daily-weekly sleep assessments, while guiding customers to therapeutic mattresses that address diagnosed sleep disorders.

Job Overview
As a retail-integrated sleep therapist, you’ll bridge clinical expertise with product solutions. You’ll conduct daily-weekly sleep assessments, while guiding customers to therapeutic mattresses that address diagnosed sleep disorders.
Role Objectives
- Drive 30% of premium mattress sales through clinical referrals
- Establish Royal Rest as Nigeria's #1 medically endorsed sleep brand
- Develop Africa-specific sleep solutions research
- Clinical Sleep Management (50%)
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations using: Polysomnography, Epworth Sleepiness Scale assessments, Spinal alignment diagnostics (For orthopedic recommendations)
- Prescribe therapeutic solutions: Customized mattress configurations (e.g., "Medium-firm Royal Ortho with latex topper for lumbar support"), Sleep hygiene protocols for customers, Referral pathways for severe cases
- Convert 1 in 3 clinic patients to mattress buyers
- Certify showroom staff as "Sleep Advisors”
- Host "Sleep Clinics" in premium showrooms
- Lead patient testing for new mattress lines
- Co-develop "Medical Collection" mattresses with R&D team
- Publish annual "Sleep Report" (Media partnership)
- Publish 1 Nigeria-focused sleep study annually
- Test prototype mattresses yearly with trial patients
- Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy/Nursing/Medicine
- Certification in Sleep Medicine (e.g., WASM, ABSM)
- 3+ years clinical experience (rehab centers/hospitals preferred)
- Retail health product experience
- Published sleep research
- Being active on social media with a positive handle is a plus.
- Base Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦700,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₦50,000/month (based on patient outcomes)
