Position Overview:

The Vice President of Growth & Partnerships will be the strategic force behind 10Alytics’ expansion. You will be responsible for selling 10Alytics’ programs during public-facing events like tech series and free webinars, driving monthly revenue, and building corporate partnerships that generate long-term business value. You'll also be tasked with organizing open training programs for professionals, hosting industry events, and representing the brand with credibility and energy.


This is a highly entrepreneurial role best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a proven track record of B2B sales, and excels in both strategic thinking and tactical execution.


Key Responsibilities:

o   Secure corporate training contracts by identifying company specific training needs and pitching tailored solutions.

o   Establish and maintain relationships with HR and L&D teams of mid-to-large enterprises to position 10Alytics as their training partner of choice.

o   Build and manage strategic partnerships with companies, government bodies, and professional associations.

o   Present and sell 10Alytics’ programs during free webinars, masterclasses, and Tech Series to convert attendees into paying participants.

o   Conceptualize, plan, and execute monthly open training programs targeted at professionals and companies.

o   Organize and host industry events (virtual and in-person) such as summits, roundtables, fireside chats, and career fairs to increase brand awareness and drive inbound leads.

o   Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that support outreach, event attendance, and lead generation.



Qualifications:

●       Experience & Expertise:

o   5+ years of experience in Business Development, Operations or Program Management (preferably in EdTech or service delivery)

o   Exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving skills with a hands on approach to execution.

o   Strong understanding of the Edtech industry

o   Strong leadership and execution skills

o   Excellent project management and organizational skills

o   Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from scratch.

o   Excellent public speaking and presentation skills—must be confident in pitching during webinars and tech events.

o   Strong public speaking skills and comfort hosting webinars or live sessions

o   Bachelor’s degree in any field
