Sales & Client Engagement
- You will collaborate with enterprise sales teams to qualify technical fit and define solution opportunities.
- You will lead discovery sessions with clients to deeply understand their infrastructure, goals, and pain points.
- You will present clear, compelling product demonstrations and walkthroughs that bring our capabilities to life.
- You will design customized, scalable solution architectures that align with both technical and business objectives.
- You will support POCs, RFIs, and RFPs by crafting technical documentation, diagrams, and project blueprints.
- You will translate requirements into structured proposals that reflect deep understanding of client environments.
- You will build trust with CTOs, CIOs, and technical leads through thought leadership and credible problem-solving.
- You will work closely with product and engineering to relay client feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
- You will develop reusable pre-sales assets including demo environments, templates, and architecture decks.
- At least 7 years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, cloud architecture, or a related enterprise tech role.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience working with APIs, SaaS tools, customer engagement platforms (CRM, CDP, Contact Center tech).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills able to simplify complexity for all stakeholders.
- A proactive, structured approach to client needs and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Familiarity with BFSI, FMCG, or telecom client environments is a bonus.
- Designing tailored solutions across industries with vastly different infrastructures and requirements.
- Balancing technical depth with speed during high-stakes sales cycles.
- Managing multiple complex engagements while supporting business development goals.
