About the Role

We are seeking smart, driven, and detail-oriented Accounting Graduates to join our dynamic startup as Commercial Project Analysts. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for individuals who want to kickstart their careers by working across accounting, finance operations, and commercial execution.


You will be embedded across various departments and work closely with senior and executive management on high-impact projects. From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience in operations accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and commercial planning – making it an ideal launchpad for a long-term career.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reconciliations:

Support day-to-day accounting functions including reconciliations, ledger reviews, and financial tracking.


Project Execution:

Assist in planning and monitoring commercial and operational projects to ensure timely and accurate implementation.


Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly reports, financial dashboards, and project performance summaries for senior leadership.


Data Analysis & Modeling:

Analyze financial and operational data to help refine internal processes and drive decision-making.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with finance, supply chain, technology, and sales teams to ensure commercial goals are met efficiently.


Process Improvement:

Identify gaps in financial or operational workflows and contribute ideas for efficiency and automation.


Stakeholder Communication:

Present insights clearly, draft documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.


Who Should Apply

Education:

Fresh graduates (0–2 year experience) with degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (B.Com, CMA Inter, CA-IPCC, etc.)


Accounting Knowledge:

Solid grasp of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial processes.


Analytical Skills:

Proficient in Excel and financial modeling, with strong attention to detail.


Communication:

Clear and confident communicator in both written and spoken English.


Adaptability:

Eager to work in a fast-moving startup culture and take ownership of workstreams.


Tools (a plus, not mandatory):

Familiarity with ERP tools, Excel, QuickBooks, or project management platforms like Trello or Asana.
