Function: Growth & Partnerships
Role Summary:The Vendor Growth Associate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing Pharmarun’s network of pharmacy partners. This person will build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, ensure high partner engagement, and drive initiatives that expand our inventory reach, quality, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and acquire new pharmacies to join the Pharmarun network across Nigeria.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and training on platform use.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners and managers.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to ensure active participation and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track pharmacy performance metrics: order fulfillment rate, pricing consistency, and service quality.
- Work with low-performing vendors to improve performance and meet set standards.
- Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to increase order volume and engagement from pharmacy partners.
- Drive the adoption of Pharmarun’s tools (e.g., inventory platform, API integration, automated pricing).
- Market Expansion
- Support expansion into new territories by scouting and activating pharmacies in underserved areas.
- Feedback & Insights
- Gather feedback from pharmacy partners and relay insights to product and operations teams for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in healthcare or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience working with or in pharmacies is a strong advantage.
