Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Associate to manage daily administrative operations, handle financial transactions, coordinate studio activities, support marketing efforts, and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and comfortable interacting with both clients and contractors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and studio environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate bookings for the studio; manage the studio calendar and ensure timely setup and takedown.
  • Communicate studio guidelines and provide support to users of the space.
  • Assist in marketing the studio to increase visibility and usage, both online and offline.
  • Support or implement social media and email marketing campaigns promoting the studio and platform.
  • Reach out to potential users or partners through community engagement and outreach initiatives.
  • Promote and help drive subscriptions to our platform through direct outreach, follow-up with leads, and excellent client support.
  • Educate users about the benefits and features of the platform.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining office records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or operations role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
  • Experience with marketing or social media is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of studio equipment or creative production is a plus.


Salary: 100,000
