We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our Customer Success team with preferred experience in a similar role. In this role, one must apply empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs help directly drive FA’s success.

For one in the Seat:

Requirements :

  • Work closely with internal teams and international clients to ensure smooth and timely projectexecution.
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions for international client project stakeholders on using theproduct.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Guide international clients on product features and how to use them effectively.
  • Drive client scale-ups to reach enterprise-level penetration across global teams.
  • Update clients about new feature developments and enhancements as per their businessrequirements.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage by international users.
  • Configure and demonstrate the product to clients during the pre-execution phase, if needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with global clients.
  • Travel to international client office locations, as required.

  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented attitude
  • Enthusiasm about technology with demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Must have a valid passport and proficiency in French (mandatory)
