Data & Assessment Officer

Are you passionate about data, education, and making a real impact in schools? We’re looking for a Data & Assessment Officer who will help us ensure accurate assessments, meaningful data insights, and smooth MIS operations across our campuses.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about using data to drive school improvement.

What You'll Do

As Assessments Officer

• Coordinate and manage a range of external assessments (Cambridge, GL Education, Rising Stars).
• Work closely with academic leads to schedule and run assessments.
• Ensure assessments are conducted in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Retrieve, process, and integrate assessment results into our systems.
  
  

As Data Analyst

• Collect and analyze student performance data at every level — individual, group, subject, and whole school.
• Track trends using historical data and generate performance reports.
• Use insights to support strategic decision-making and academic growth.
• Build dashboards and visualization tools to make data accessible for staff.
  
  

As MIS Manager (Integris)

• Maintain our Management Information System (Integris) across both schools.
• Ensure data entry and updates are accurate and timely.
• Support staff with onboarding/offboarding data processes.
• Provide training and technical support to users.
• Upload timetables and generate reports as needed.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A degree in Education, Data/Information Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience working with assessments or examination boards.
• Data analysis skills — you know how to tell stories with numbers.
• Solid understanding of MIS systems (experience with Integris is a big plus!).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning.
