About The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a creative and resourceful Content & Social Media Growth Partner to join their fast-paced, remote team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on storytelling, trend-spotting, and building digital communities without needing a large marketing budget to achieve results.

They run several early-stage brands across various sectors and are seeking someone who can work across all of them to help grow visibility, reach, and engagement in an authentic and impactful way.

This is a remote role that would suit someone hands-on, ambitious, and excited to help shape/enhance the voice and reach of purpose-driven brands from the inside out.

Please note that this is a growth-stage opportunity. While the pay on offer will reflect that, there are real creative freedoms, potential future travel opportunities, and a profit-sharing bonus scheme in place for the right person who delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more
  • Create visually engaging content (photo, video, short-form edits, behind-the-scenes clips) in line with each brand's voice
  • Build monthly content calendars and manage day-to-day posting and community engagement
  • Monitor metrics across all accounts and provide performance insights to drive growth
  • Support personal brand storytelling for the founder across platforms
  • Pitch creative, low-cost campaigns that can drive virality or audience growth
  • Respond to DMs, tag mentions, and relevant audience conversations
  • Support launches, campaigns, collaborations, and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Stay on top of digital and cultural trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities
  • Manage multiple brand voices while maintaining consistency, tone, and values


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on content and social media experience (freelance, agency, or brand-side)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow audiences, drive engagement, and build online communities organically
  • Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, mobile editing apps, and AI-powered design tools
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and tones of voice
  • Fast, agile, and creative under constraints
  • Confident communicator with strong written and visual storytelling skills
  • Passion for pop culture, trends, digital storytelling, and brand growth
  • Bonus if you've supported creators, beauty brands, consultants, or early-stage businesses
  • Able to work independently while also contributing ideas and feedback to the wider team
