FINANCE & ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are a fast-growing, mid-sized services group with a diversified portfolio spanning: Facility Management, Maintenance & Industrial Cleaning, Healthcare Support Services, Equipment & Chemical Manufacturing and Distribution, Telecoms & Financial Advisory, Real Estate

Our operations support both in-house business units and an expanding roster of consultancy clients and joint ventures.

Reporting to the Lead Consultant/Group CFO, we seek experienced and skilled/qualified Accountants that will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the group’s diverse businesses. The role also involves supporting the setup and implementation of robust financial systems and processes for new ventures and consultancy clients.

• Costing
• Management Accounting
• Fixed asset register and reporting
• Stores and inventory management and regular stock counts
• Branch. Projects Accounts and Subsidiary accounting
• Financial Reporting
• Payroll Management
• Procurement and Accounts Payables Management
• Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of accounting and finance principles Must have excellent EXCEL skills and be able to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 1st Class or minimum 2-1 or another relevant discipline.
• ACA or equivalent qualification
• At least 7 years post qualification experience
• Must be proficient in EXCEL, and Accounting software
• Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
• Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
• Big 4 Experience or Mid size Audit Firm will be added Advantage
