The Actoras is a purpose-driven CSR company helping businesses, institutions, and individuals design and deliver high-impact community outreach, empowerment, and social good projects across Nigeria.

We’re looking for Business Development Partners to help us expand our reach and build valuable partnerships that drive purpose and impact.

About the Role

This is a flexible, commission-only role ideal for people who want to earn extra income while supporting purpose-driven work.

• Source warm leads: SMEs, companies, NGOs, and individuals planning CSR projects.
• Pitch The Actoras’ services using our approved decks and proposals.
• Nurture client relationships and help close deals.
• Earn 20% commission on net profit for every successful project you bring in.

Requirements

• Good communication and networking skills
• Confidence to reach out to decision makers
• Interest in CSR, community development or social impact
• Integrity, professionalism and follow-through
• Experience in sales or client acquisition is a plus (not required)
