What You Will Be Doing

  • Craft and enhance an AI-powered framework aimed at elevating customer engagement and satisfaction through continuous analysis and updates of customer data and insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to tailor and refine account management strategies based on real-time customer metrics and predictive analytics.
  • Design and enhance an automated AI-driven marketing ecosystem to deliver personalized, timely content that maximizes engagement and conversion rates.

Senior Director Of Marketing Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue while cutting marketing expenses by embedding AI technology into our marketing processes.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a marketing team within a B2B software firm.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Advanced expertise in generative AI, including the use of diverse AI tools, workflow automation, and custom GPTs. Note: Experience with LLMs limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation is not sufficient.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
