Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Identify and close new enterprise business opportunities within Abuja and the Northern region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and client needs assessments to drive targeted outreach.
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline to support consistent business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations, solution proposals, and technical demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
- Drive client retention and revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Work with internal technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation and support.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of enterprise connectivity products such as fiber, MPLS, VPN, VoIP, SD-WAN, and cloud-based solutions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical specialists to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline, closed deals, and client engagements.
- Address client concerns promptly and liaise with internal teams to ensure high service standards.
Educational Background
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant sales or telecommunications certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years in enterprise or B2B sales within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise internet and telecom solutions.
- Familiarity with Nigerian telecom regulations and corporate purchasing behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
