We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be driving client acquisition and fostering relationships, directly impacting revenue growth and the adoption of Verto’s innovative solutions within the Nigerian market.


What You’ll Be Doing:


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your FX expertise to understand client needs, build value, and promote Verto's solutions to new clients.
  • Proactively generating new opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, in-person engagement, and more, to build a strong pipeline of targeted prospects.
  • Driving the sales pipeline across all stages: prospecting, outreach, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
  • Taking a consultative approach, engaging with multiple decision-makers to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Consistently exceeding monthly sales quotas, earning competitive rewards for outstanding performance.


What You Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the payments and FX space.
  • Proven success working with clients across EMEA and LATAM.
  • Strong executive presence, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management.

Step 3: Hiring Manager Interview - Deeper dive into your skills and experience with the Sales Manager.

Step 4: Panel Interview - Present your case study to our Sales Director and Sales Manager.

Step 5: Offer - We aim to make a decision quickly after the final interview.
