Job Position: Executive Assistant

Role Description

• As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executives and handling day-to-day tasks such as managing their schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
• You will also be responsible for managing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing executive support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive administrative assistance and administrative assistance
• Ability to create and manage expense reports
• Strong executive support skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
