The successful candidate will play a key role in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams to generate design concepts, sketches, and models.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or on track to become a licensed architect.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building codes/regulations.
