Job Summary

ABNM HR is seeking for a responsible, energetic, and caring individual to work as a Nanny/Housekeeper. This position involves providing attentive care for our children while also assisting with light household duties to ensure the smooth running of our home. Our ideal candidate will be nurturing, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

• Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Engage with and supervise children in a safe and nurturing manner.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and outings.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with morning and bedtime routines.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundry, and dishwashing.
• Keep children's areas neat and organized.
• Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning.
• Occasional transportation of children to and from school or activities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a nanny or in a similar childcare role.
• Genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic cooking skills and willingness to prepare simple meals.
• Good Knowledge of CPR and First Aid (preferred but not required).
• Must Pass Background check and Drug screening
• Must Provide 3 Guarantor and 3 Referees with valid IDs
• Must participate and Pass the Training on Work ethics, Good communication and customer service skills.
