Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and marketing capabilities, along with a solid understanding of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients for cryptocurrency and forex trading services
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Educate prospective clients on company products, trading platforms, and market opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1 level – strong spoken and written skills); fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fintech company or brokerage firm
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and forex markets
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with strong closing ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong data analysis and quality control skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team goals
- A personal laptop for work is required
