Our latest product, DooEats, is an online food delivery platform that allows customers to order meals in just a few taps — bringing speed, convenience, and accessibility to food delivery.

DooEats is a bootstrapped food delivery startup in Calabar. We’ve built the product—customer app, vendor system, and driver flow. Now we need someone who can run the business and make it grow.

This role is about ownership, execution, and results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Running daily operations across:
• Customers (orders, experience)
• Vendors (restaurants onboarding + performance)
• Riders/drivers (delivery flow and reliability)
• Using and understanding the product:
• You don’t need to be technical, but you must learn fast
• You should be comfortable working with the app and internal tools
• Bringing structure:
• Set expectations for the team
• Track performance and fix gaps
• Make sure people are actually doing their jobs
• Managing stakeholders:
• Vendors, riders, internal team
• Handle issues, negotiations, and relationships
• Driving growth:
• Increase orders, vendors, and active users
• Push partnerships and visibility in Calabar
• Turn activity into real revenue

• Orders and revenue are growing consistently
• Vendors are active and satisfied
• Deliveries are reliable
• Team is aligned and accountable
• The system (app + operations) is actually working together
