We are hiring an Ecommerce & Growth Manager to own the digital sales engine for Afrigarnics, a clean beauty brand built on African botanicals and designed for women who refuse to compromise on what goes on their skin.

This role sits at the intersection of data, performance marketing, and ecommerce execution. If you have built and scaled a Shopify store, run paid campaigns that actually converted, and can read analytics well enough to make confident decisions without waiting to be told what to look at — this is for you.


A key part of this role is reaching and converting US-based customers. You will need a strong understanding of how to market digitally to the American consumer: their discovery behaviour, platform preferences, and the creative and copy approaches that move them from scroll to checkout.


This opportunity is open to both individual candidates and marketing or digital marketing agencies. What You Will Own

Ecommerce & Shopify

  • Full ownership of the Afrigarnics Shopify storefront
  • Website performance, UX, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Product listings, merchandising, and on-site promotions
  • End-to-end funnel analysis and improvement


Paid Media – Meta & Google

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeted at US and relevant global audiences
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, and creative testing with discipline
  • Track and improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV consistently
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels


Growth & Analytics

  • Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify analytics to monitor what matters
  • Build performance dashboards and deliver weekly reports directly to the Founder
  • Analyse competitor activity in the US clean beauty space and surface actionable insights
  • Translate data into clear, prioritised decisions, not just observations


Who You Are:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in ecommerce or growth marketing, ideally in CPG, beauty, or wellness
  • Proven results running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with numbers you can actually show
  • Strong Shopify knowledge: you have owned a store, not just worked on one
  • Experienced in CRO and A/B testing
  • Analytical by default — you build dashboards, track the right metrics, and know what to do with the data
  • Familiar with the US digital market: consumer behaviour, platform dynamics, and what drives conversion for American audiences
  • Comfortable working remotely with periodic alignment to US time zones
  • Self-directed — you deliver without needing close supervision

Bonus Points

  • Background in beauty, skincare, or wellness
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms
  • Worked with influencers or UGC-driven ad creative
  • Genuine interest in clean beauty, women's health, or African heritage brands
