  • Role Overview:

Business Development Manager will be responsible for Coordinating Business Developers to ensure smooth business operations and that they meet their set targets.

  • Daily Target: 12 account activations per BD
  • Salary Structure:**

For BDMs:

  • Basic Salary: ₦100,000
  • Transportation Allowance: ₦20,000
  • Bonus: ₦100,000 (upon meeting team targets)
