Logistic Officer

Working Schedule: Tuesday – Friday & Sunday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Description:

An E-commerce company is looking to hire a Logistics Officer to manage delivery operations, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely fulfillment
• Review orders and plan efficient delivery schedules
• Resolve delivery issues and handle customer inquiries/complaints
• Track delivery performance and prepare reports/documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings

Requirements:

• Entry level - 2 years experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of logistics and fulfilment processes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Excel and strong problem-solving ability

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
