Contract Duration: Indefinite

Gross Annual Salary: NGN 30 426 883

Location: Lagos or Abuja, Nigeria

Hybrid model: Mandatory 3 days in the office each week

The Role

To design and manage all people data dashboards (MyHR, EF and other HR datasets) that are fast, easy to read and can deliver people insight quickly and without the need for explanation or guidance. To automate as far as possible all reporting to minimize the level of manual intervention.

Main Accountabilities But Not Limited To The Following

Power BI Dashboard Development

  • Designing custom dashboards from inside Azure and sourcing data from multiple sources and locations
  • Use DAX to increase customisation of dashboards to meet specific user needs
  • Adhere to the three-tier product development process and ensure all products meet people and insight team standards
  • Ensure all power platform administration and governance standards are met
  • Apply row line security for all products and ensures that data privacy rules and laws are followed.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

Product Improvement

  • Conducts analyses of people-related data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities based on understanding of HR and business needs.
  • Tracks and measures performance against business goals and KPIs and links dashboards and products to those KPIS.
  • Collaborates with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
  • Identifies and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and streamline data collection and analysis processes
  • Designs and maintains automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to support business processes

Requirements Of The Role

  • University degree in Maths, IT or computer science or related subject.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Minimum two years’ experience of creating insightful dashboards from HR datasets, forecasting trends in HR data and developing solutions to present data to identify potential business value.
  • Advanced user of Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Power Automate and Power Apps

Desirable

  • Post-graduate Certification in data analysis
  • Proven experience of Eightfold datasets and reporting.
  • SQL and Python knowledge.
