Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates based on job criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
  • Communicate effectively with candidates (emails, calls, follow-ups, status updates)
  • Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay up to date with hiring trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment or similar role in a consulting firm
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Possess the ability to network and source appropriately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with ATS software
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
