Locations: Ladipo, Nigeria
Our client is an Insurance arm of a leading financial services group with over 50 years of experience operating in the Asset Management, Health Maintenance, and Insurance segments of the Nigerian financial Markets.
Due to its increasing partnerships and market expansion, the company is seeking to hire
ambitious and self-driven Bancassurance Executives to facilitate and promote its business and product offerings to customers of partners’ bank branches across the locations stated above.
The Bancassurance Executive acts as the Company’s representative in identifying business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven. Experienced in the Insurance or Banking sector would be an added advantage.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- First degree or equivalent education in Insurance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in insurance sales.
- Must reside within any location stated above
- Candidates who currently work with an insurance firm as a Bancassurance Agent/
- Ideal candidate must have a strong passion for sales with strong persuasive skills.
- Must have a strong flair for building trusted and lasting relationships.
Compensation:
- Guaranteed Base pay between N140,000 Monthly Net
- Highly competitive Commission (tied to the Monthly target)

- HMO (Upon Staff Confirmation)
