Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess loan applications and supporting documents
- Analyze customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and financial history
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks
- Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare credit review reports and recommendations for management approval
- Identify early warning signals and escalate high-risk accounts
- Collaborate with collections, risk, operations, and customer service teams to improve portfolio performance
- Maintain accurate credit records and documentation
- Minimum of NCE certificate
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with credit analysis or financial review is a plus
