About the job Product Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a B2B Product Marketing Specialist to drive market adoption, conversion and long-term retention of our digital transformation services and tech solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and business value, translating complex enterprise tech into compelling value propositions. You will own go-to-market (GTM) strategies and heavily support sales enablement. Managing data, tracking leads, and analyzing customer journeys will be central to your work using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities
1 B2B Enterprise Positioning: Proven ability to communicate complex digital transformation concepts to non-technical executive buyers
2 Sales Enablement Excellence: Skill in building high-converting collateral, technical pitch decks, whitepapers, and customer case studies.
3 Go-To-Market & Revenue Generation: Lead multi-channel GTM campaigns for new product offerings to accelerate sales pipelines, tracking conversions directly inside the CRM.
4 Product Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product management teams to share customer feedback and product usage data, shaping the roadmap for future feature development.
5 Value Proposition & Messaging: Create specific positioning frameworks that showcase how our built products solve legacy tech bottlenecks, automate workflows, and accelerate modernization.
Key Requirements
1 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2 3+ years experience in product marketing or related role with proven experience in launching software products and building B2B user-engagement campaigns
3 A strong portfolio demonstrating technical writing, B2B sales decks, and examples of product adoption or user onboarding materials.
4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
5 Proficiency with marketing analytics and performance measurement tools
