About the Role

• We are hiring an HR Officer for a growing IT & Technology company. You will support the HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, performance management, and staff engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Support employee relations and disciplinary processes
• Coordinate staff engagement and training activities
• Assist with performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare HR reports and support daily HR operations.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-5 years of HR experience
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee relations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• HR certification is an added advantage.
