Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

  • Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the supermarket branch.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of store operations including inventory, merchandising, billing, and staff management.
  • Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Business Growth & Sales

  • Drive business growth and customer acquisition to improve store productivity.
  • Monitor and improve sales performance and profitability.
  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to achieve financial targets.

Customer Service

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports to management.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Team Management

  • Supervise and guide store staff to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Marketing & Store Promotion

  • Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain marketing awareness to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills
