At Nevaro Appliances, we supply premium appliances and end-to-end installation & support services to developers, property managers and corporate clients across Nigeria. We partner with global brands and deliver a white-glove procurement experience that removes hassle from the developer’s handover process.


We’re looking for a performance-driven Business Development Executive (Real Estate & Facilities) to generate and close new business with real estate developers, property managers, and corporate buyers. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature and handover, and help us improve conversion processes across the sales funnel.


Preferred Background

We are particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Have existing connections or relationships with decision-makers within the real estate industry
  • Have experience working with property developers, estate management companies, facility management firms, or corporate real estate teams
  • Have worked previously as Facility Managers, Business Development Executives, Property Managers, or in related client-facing roles
  • Understand how to engage and sell to businesses within the real estate and facilities management ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified business leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and physical visits
  • Present company products/services to potential clients
  • Manage prospects through the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure
  • Meet agreed sales and business development targets
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, facility management, or related fields
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently source and convert leads
  • Existing network within the real estate industry is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
