We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (Java/Spring Boot) to join our growing team.

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs

Build highly scalable and secure financial technology solutions

Optimize system performance, reliability, and availability

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver exceptional products

Participate in architecture discussions and mentor junior developers

Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

5 Years Experience as a Backend Developer

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)

Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Previous experience working in a Fintech, Digital Banking, Payment Processing, or Financial Services Technology company is a MUST
