We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Enugu Mall, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities within the mall.
• Ensure efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Manage technical staff and external contractors.
• Monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare maintenance reports and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or technical operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
