We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Location: Enugu Mall, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance activities within the mall.
- Ensure efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Manage technical staff and external contractors.
- Monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare maintenance reports and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or technical operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
