- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in software, SaaS, or technology product sales
- Demonstrated ability to consistently hit and exceed sales quotas in a tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of software products, digital solutions, and how businesses buy and implement technology
- Experience conducting product demos and translating technical features into clear business value for non-technical buyers
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and contract writing
- Ability to engage confidently with business owners, C-suite executives, and decision-makers
- Comfortable managing long and short sales cycles simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong commercial instincts and a hunger to close
- Knowledge of AI tools, website platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation is a strong advantage
- Experience selling to SMEs and growing businesses across Nigeria or broader Africa is a plus
