Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 Net Monthly (Based on experience and performance)

Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our healthcare/medical services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, promoting medical services and products, and expanding the organization's client base across individual and corporate healthcare markets.

The role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of healthcare service delivery or medical product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of healthcare services, diagnostics, and/or medical products
  • Identify, engage, and convert new clients, including individuals, corporate organizations, and healthcare partners
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the healthcare sector
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in promotional activities, outreach programs, and healthcare awareness campaigns
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management


Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
  • 2 – 4 years proven experience in sales (healthcare/medical industry experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
