Pacten is the AI-native operating system for service businesses — built for owners who run their business on WhatsApp & sms and want to keep it that way. It books clients, sends invoices and receipts, collects payments, and chases follow-ups automatically. No new app to learn. It lives where your clients already are.

We're building Pacten across Africa. Nigeria is where we start — and this is the founding sales role that owns it.

This is not a quota-carrying role that slots into a playbook. There is no playbook yet — you're writing it. You'll be our first boots on the ground in Lagos, converting warm connections into paying customers and telling us what works so we can scale across the continent.

THE ROLE

You will own the Nigeria territory from day one. That means walking into businesses across Lagos, winning them as clients, running the pipeline, and feeding market intelligence back to the founding team. We're starting in hospitality, events & creative services where we already have warm connections.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Open doors — walk into businesses across Lagos and win them as clients 
• Own the pipeline — follow up on leads, run meetings, close deals, keep customers Build the playbook — the intel you bring back shapes the product and how we grow across Africa 
• Be our face — represent Pacten at offices, events, and wherever business gets done in Nigeria

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A proven closer with a track record of winning deals — we care more about what you've closed than where 
• Rooted in Lagos's business scene with real relationships, especially in hospitality or creative services 
• A natural in the room — commanding presence, hard to ignore A builder, not just a hunter — energized by operating without a playbook 
• Lagos-based and ready to travel across 

COMPENSATION

• From ₦400,000/month base salary 
• Commission on every deal you close — uncapped 
• A founding seat on the Pacten Africa team
