Job Position: Admin / Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Purpose
- The Admin / Social Media Manager will support the smooth running of church administration and digital communications by managing member engagement, first-timer follow-up, and all church social media platforms.
- The role is vital in ensuring effective communication, outreach, and a welcoming experience for new and existing members.
Key Responsibilities
First Timer Engagement & Follow-up:
- Send welcome emails to first-time visitors promptly.
- Contact first timers via email, phone, or WhatsApp to appreciate their visit.
- Maintain and update the First Timer database.
- Ensure proper follow-up and integration of new members into church activities.
Church Administration:
- Manage church communication with members via email and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintain accurate records of church members and visitors.
- Provide administrative support for church programs and events.
- Assist with coordination of church services, meetings, and special events.
- Ensure timely dissemination of announcements and information to members.
Social Media Management:
- Manage all church social media platforms, including:
- YouTube
- TikTok (if applicable)
- Create and schedule posts for services, programs, and events.
- Respond to messages and enquiries received through social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement and ensure consistent online presence.
- Promote church programs and community outreach activities.
Design & Content Creation:
- Prepare and design flyers, announcements, and promotional materials for church programs and events.
- Support the development of digital content, including:
- Graphics
- Short videos
- Event promotions
- Ensure all materials reflect RCCG values and branding standards.

Essential Requirements
Faith & Character:
- Must be a committed Christian with a good testimony.
- Must demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a servant-hearted attitude.
- Must be willing to support the mission and vision of the church.
Skills & Experience:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms effectively.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
- Social media management
- Email communication
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- WhatsApp broadcast and messaging management
Preferred Requirements:
- Must be a member of RCCG (preferred).
- Previous experience in church administration or social media management.
- Experience managing church or ministry communications.
- Ability to attend church services and events regularly.
- Knowledge of church operations and culture.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
