- Chikatina Hairs is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- The successful candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are achieved.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Monitor customer engagement and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Analyze sales data and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead-generation activities.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper stock knowledge among sales staff and maintain product awareness.
- Collaborate with management on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in the beauty, hair, fashion, or retail industry is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
