The Role

As the Service Delivery Manager - Roadside, you will embark on a multifaceted journey, overseeing the performance and engagement of our contractor network. Your primary objective? To elevate contractor and driver capabilities through hands-on coaching and tailored training initiatives. You will be accountable for not just safety and compliance, but for creating an environment where our contractors thrive, ensuring that they deliver the highest quality roadside assistance to our valued customers.

  • Proven experience in roadside assistance, towing, or transport operations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of managing stakeholders with confidence and poise.
  • Strong background in coaching and mentoring, with a keen eye for operational excellence.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) are desirable.
