Compensation: ₦300,000 Net Monthly + 1% Commission on Closed Deals

About the Role
ExcelMindCyber is rapidly expanding its sales outreach operations and is establishing a high-velocity cold calling center in Lagos. We are seeking experienced and resilient Cold Callers who thrive in fast-paced outbound sales environments and can consistently meet aggressive activity and appointment-setting targets.

This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in high-volume outbound calling who possess strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to effectively handle objections.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily.
Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
Engage prospects professionally and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Handle objections confidently and maintain productive conversations.
Accurately document call outcomes and activities in designated systems.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Minimum of 500 outbound dials per day.
Minimum of 5 qualified appointments booked per day.
Consistent achievement of individual and team performance targets.
Accurate reporting and documentation of outreach activities.

Candidate Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or customer acquisition environments.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates must have experience from one or more of the following industries:
Telecommunications (e.g., MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile)
Insurance
Consumer subscription businesses (e.g., MultiChoice/DSTV)

Core Competencies
Proven experience handling outbound B2C leads.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a neutral or professional English accent.
Strong emotional resilience and persistence.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume calling environment.
Availability
Must be willing to work onsite from the Lagos office.
Must be available to work US Central Time (CST) hours (night shift).

Compensation & Benefits
₦300,000 Net Monthly Salary.
1% Commission on Closed Deals.
