All project coordination and administrative support uses approved public sources and internal client databases under strict confidentiality agreements. This role does not involve handling personal credit card data, processing payments, or managing financial accounts.
- Maintain and update internal project tracker sheets using Microsoft Excel and Notion.
- Draft weekly status updates and meeting minutes for our advisory team's internal review.
- Organize client documents, transaction records, and feedback logs in secure files, ensuring we stay compliant with our confidentiality protocols.
- Establish clean folder structures for research documents and transaction files.
- Schedule coordination meetings across multiple timezones and manage the shared advisory calendar.
- Compile basic market research summaries from approved public databases and structured corporate registries.
- Track project deadlines and send polite reminders to internal team members regarding outstanding deliverables.
- Ensure all project templates and presentation layouts are formatted consistently according to our firm guidelines.
- Familiarity with standard business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and collaborative platforms like Notion or Slack.
- Strong written English skills, with the ability to summarize meeting discussions cleanly.
- Excellent organizational habits and a keen eye for detail in formatting tables and text.
- Eager to learn about corporate partnerships, investments, and commercial advisory work.
- Comfortable managing clear files and tracking project logs independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of professional administrative support or project coordination tasks.
- Educational background in business administration, economics, communications, or a related field.
