The Growth & Revenue Manager is a critical business leader responsible for driving sustainable growth in user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue across all Medbuddy business lines.
This role combines strategy, performance marketing, data analytics, conversion optimization, lifecycle growth, and partnerships into one high-impact leadership function.
The Growth & Revenue Manager builds, manages, and scales predictable growth engines across digital channels, offline sales, referral loops, community building, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with product, operations, and customer success. This role requires a blend of analytical rigour, commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, experimentation discipline, and storytelling ability to generate measurable revenue results and transform customer insights into growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy, Planning & Execution
ii. Design pricing, bundling, and upsell strategies based on customer data and competitor trends.
iii. Set quarterly and annual growth targets for revenue, acquisition, retention, and expansion.

- Retention, Monetization & Customer Lifecycle
(LTV) across the learner and tutor base.
ii. Design reactivation and loyalty campaigns for past users.
iii. Analyze churn drivers and implement interventions across lifecycle touchpoints.
- Growth Experimentation & Analytics
ii. Lead performance dashboards for marketing, revenue, and product funnel
analytics.
iii. Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams on joint growth bets.
- Partnerships & Strategic Distribution
ii. Negotiate affiliate/commission-based deals to acquire users at scale.
iii. Explore B2B or B2C, institutional, and licensing deals that bring in bulk users and unlock new revenue lines.
- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
ii. Build internal processes for rapid testing, growth rituals, pipeline tracking, and OKRs/KPIs
iii. Foster alignment across product, content, sales, marketing, brands, communication and engineering for end-to-end growth delivery.

Job Requirement
4–8+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue-focused roles, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital consumer platforms.
Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and CRM tools (Meta Ads, Google, Hubspot, Zapier, etc.).
Experience leading and scaling revenue-focused teams.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, Data Studio, Looker, Amplitude, or similar).
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and experimental design capabilities.
Growth mindset and ownership DNA.
