Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to drive enterprise customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion within the Telecommunications and ISP sector in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key enterprise accounts, and delivering tailored connectivity solutions that meet client needs.

The role requires strong experience in ISP sales, enterprise connectivity solutions, and consultative selling, with the ability to execute strategic sales plans while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across Abuja and surrounding regions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Drive sales of fiber internet, dedicated internet access, broadband, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.


Strategic Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored connectivity solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship growth.
  • Provide continuous after-sales support and account management.


Sales Execution & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and solution pitches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline performance, forecasts, and reports.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and service requests.
  • Communicate delays, updates, and service-related issues to clients proactively.


Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in Abuja.
  • Identify shifts in customer needs and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
  • Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market dynamics.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term enterprise customer relationships.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure resolution.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams for seamless onboarding and activation.


Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure accuracy in all sales documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and approval processes.
  • Support coordination of installations and service activations where required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales within the Telecommunications or ISP industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling enterprise connectivity solutions such as fiber internet, dedicated internet access, VPNs, and managed services.
  • Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or ICT-related fields will be an added advantage.


Required Competencies

  • Strong understanding of ISP products and enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and broadband technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
