Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and reliable Microfinance Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan processing, portfolio management, and loan recovery while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in microfinance banking, financial services, sales, or a related field is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be willing to work within assigned locations.
