program for our young people, or fellows, to develop professionally and personally.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Train and guide cafe staff in both front and back of house roles and responsibilities
- Supervise service line during cafe business hours
- Field, manage, and coordinate all catering requests
- Analyze and engineer catering menu
- Address guest concerns as they arise
- Provide cafe staff with ongoing feedback around performance
- Support management of kitchen and cafe schedule
- Assist in maintenance of cafe menu
- Support inventory management
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Cafe staff (alumni)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual - English/Swahili, English/Spanish, or other languages
- Interest in working with Opportunity Youth
- Experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs
