Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative task of the organisation

Assist the HR in the recruitment, training and on boarding processes

Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)

Conduct file audits

Provide general office support to management and HR department

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)

Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)

Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Prepare reports

Requirements

B.SC/HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.

2+ years of work experience in similar role

Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organisational skill.

Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.

Must be highly creative and innovative.

Must be highly intelligent and efficient.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.

Must possess excellent leadership and organisational skills.
